What SCOUT does
Interviews the service desk to extract a full job scope. Asks 1–2 questions at a time, builds up the picture, then produces a structured Scope Brief ready for ESTIM.
How to use

SCOUT skips questions it already knows the answer to.

Tell SCOUT about the job
Even vague is fine — "client needs aircon looked at" works. SCOUT's job is to extract the detail.

Answer the questions
1–2 at a time. Say "I don't know" if you don't — SCOUT flags it as an assumption.

Scope Brief appears on the right
Hit Send to ESTIM to pass it across, or Copy Brief to paste elsewhere.
What ESTIM does
Takes a Scope Brief and produces a fully itemised quote — labour by division, materials, travel, compliance, sub-trades, margin, and GST. Two views: Internal Detail and Client Summary.
How to use

Paste a Scope Brief
Click Send to ESTIM in SCOUT, or paste manually. You can also describe a job directly.

Hit Build Quote
ESTIM asks clarifying questions if needed, then generates the quote.

Review and export
Switch between Internal Detail and Client Summary. Print or Copy from the topbar.

Update the Control Panel rates before building a quote if your rates have changed since last session.
What COMPLY does
Generates a full compliance pack for any job: SWMS hazard table, pre-start checklist, licence requirements, site induction notes, AroFlo-ready task description, and completion checklist.

SCOUT brief works perfectly. Or just type "replace split system at aged care facility in Norwood."

COMPLY asks 1–2 questions only if something critical is missing, then generates the pack.

Individual copy buttons on the Task Description and AroFlo Notes sections. Copy Pack for everything.
What FIXER does
Audits a completed AroFlo job record before it hits invoicing. Finds unbilled materials, unlinked POs, labour mismatches, missing compliance docs, and job status issues. Produces a corrected job summary ready to paste back into AroFlo.
How to use

What PROCURE does
Helps you source materials, equipment, and specialist items. Defaults to Adelaide/SA suppliers. Returns online product links where it can find them, and specific SA businesses to call where it can't.
How to use

Be as specific as useful — brand, spec, quantity, urgency. "3x R410a 410g cans needed today" works perfectly.

PROCURE returns sourcing results, any online links, and SA suppliers to call — all in one response.

What RESOLVE does
Handles difficult client situations — complaints, communication breakdowns, angry clients, scope disputes, and escalations. Produces both an internal action plan for the team and a ready-to-send client response.
How to use

Describe the situation
Tell RESOLVE what happened, what the client said, and where things are at. More context = better response.

Review the plan and response
RESOLVE gives you a severity rating, internal action steps, and a draft client response.

Adjust if needed
Ask RESOLVE to change the tone, add a concession, or rewrite for a specific person.

If RESOLVE flags Escalation Required, take it seriously — some situations need a manager before any client contact is made.
What COMMS does
Writes professional, ready-to-send emails for the service team. Covers quote follow-ups, booking confirmations, job completions, complaint responses, and general client communication.
How to use

Describe the email
Type the email type, who it's going to, and what it needs to say. "Booking confirmation for Tuesday electrical job at Westfield Marion, contact is Jane Smith" is enough.

Review the draft
COMMS writes a complete email — subject line, body, and sign-off. Ready to copy and paste.

Refine if needed
Ask for a different tone, shorter version, or add specific details. COMMS will redraft.

The job context bar pre-fills client and job details — fill it in before drafting for faster results.
Voice controls
Both Text-to-Speech (TTS) and Speech-to-Text (STT) are available. Toggle them in the top bar. TTS reads agent responses aloud — useful if you're multitasking. STT lets you speak your input — hit the mic button in any agent's input area. Works best in Chrome or Edge.
Control Panel
Hit ⚙ Control Panel to update labour rates, travel rates, and margins. These flow directly into ESTIM's quotes. Update them before building a quote if anything has changed.
Keyboard shortcuts
Enter sends a message. Shift + Enter adds a new line in the input field.
Session behaviour
Your work is preserved when you switch between agents — switching from SCOUT to ESTIM and back won't lose your conversation. The session clears when you sign out or close the browser.
